Treatments usually last about 45 to 60 mintues. This may of course vary, and may be different depending on the clients' or practitioners' particular arrangements or circumstances. All of the energy the client will receive is very gentle, extremely peaceful and comforting. Many clients describe having sensations of warm heat, or gentle tingling. Clients often fall asleep and awaken to find themselves feeling very different - some are overcome by a feeling of 'lightness', others may instantly notice an improvement in a physical ailment, while still others may sense a breakthrough - whether that be emotional, spiritual, or in dealing with a relationship. Everyone requires unique support and different forms of healing, and by receiving Reiki, we can allow Reiki to be engaged and active in our own processes of self-healing.
